Cancellation 

• Registrations cancelled more than 75 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled less than 75 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the event will be eligible for a refund of 30%.
• Deadline for hotel cancellation June 01, 2022.
• Refund applicants will afford the service charge for the cancellation caused by their own reasons.
