About the program: Leading with Purpose is a three-day intensive training organised by Drik that emerged in the wake of the July Revolution, responding to the urgent need to equip the youth who catalysed democratic change with the skills and confidence to shape Bangladesh’s future. With the country at a turning point, this program aims to bring together a new generation of changemakers to deepen their understanding of governance, civic engagement, political participation, and leadership in a rapidly evolving context. Through a dynamic blend of interactive learning and expert facilitation, participants will reflect, connect, and build the resilience needed to navigate complex systems and future challenges.
