Each academic year, the scholarship is offered to a select group of international students from various countries and regions around the world for study or research purposes. These regions include Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and more. Bangladesh is one of the Asian countries eligible for this program.<\/p><p><br \/>As one of the leading private universities in Bangladesh, North South University (NSU) places strong emphasis on internationalization. NSU actively engages with the global education community and maintains partnerships with several international universities, including those in Canada. One of its key partners is Saint Mary\u2019s University (SMU) in Canada, which hosts SiCS recipients every year.<\/p><p><br \/>Thanks to this partnership, two students from NSU were selected to participate in the SiCS program and had the exciting opportunity to study at SMU as exchange students during the Winter 2023 academic session.
