    Information Session on Standardized Testing for US University Admissions – jointly organized by the Office of External Affairs, NSU with EducationUSA and American Alumni Association (AAA) Dear Students/faculty/staff: The Office of External Affairs, North South University (NSU), in collaboration with EducationUSA and American Alumni Association (AAA), is pleased to invite you to an information session on standardized tests such as the GRE, TOEFL, and IELTS. The American Alumni Association (AAA) has been a pioneer in promoting U.S. higher education opportunities in Bangladesh since 1998 and serves as an official Prometric Test Center for GRE, TOEFL, and other international exams. This informative session will help students gain valuable insights into the U.S. university admission process and standardized test preparation. Date: Monday, 10 November 2025 Time: 3:00 PM Venue: Syndicate Hall, North South University Supported by NSU HR CLUB Session Highlights: Overview of major standardized tests (GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) Preparation strategies and study plans Understanding how test scores impact U.S. university admissions Learn about AAA’s role as an official Prometric Test Center and registration procedures Expert guidance and interactive Q&A with test advisors This event is open for all NSU students, faculty and staff and offers a unique opportunity to receive first hand advice from professionals experienced in U.S. higher education and testing.
